Photo Booth Cards

A couple of times a year we setup a Photo Booth where people can take pictures with their friends and family. Typical events include Easter, Christmas, Men’s/Women’s events, etc. Our goal for our Photo Booth are to help facilitate the desire of people wanting to take group photos, offer better than cell phone quality photos and offer photos for download and social media content. Sometimes the photos are branded with our logo backdrop. Also, posting the photos from our account and getting the shared is free advertising.

The main point of this post is to give you a resource and idea for ways to get the photos to your attendees. We like to use Flickr.com to share the photos because they have a nice album layout and you can download different sizes of the photo including the original. In order to get people to the photos, we created a simple little card that includes a URL (saylorvillechurch.com/photobooth) that links to all our albums on Flickr. They are sorted by most recent album so it’s easy to find the most recent event. I just created the URL in wordpress as a “page” and use the plugin called Pages Link to which links directly to the Flickr URL.

Next, I created Moo mini cards. They are not just tiny business cards. The reason I chose these cards is they have a feature called Printfinity where you can have multiple images on the back of your cards. You can use your own photos or choose from their templates. You can actually choose Printfinity on any of their products! They have lots of other features like rounded corners for an additional charge.

The cards cost about $80 per 400 cards at the time of writing this article. You can order yours here: https://www.moo.com/us/business-cards/minicards
